Giggle
There's a site on-line that Trish introduced me to (she introduces, like, 40% of the sites I usually visit) called mrsgiggles.com and it's a review of this one Singaporean lady. She's actually quite funny, sometimes. In books, I tend to agree with her but in movies... ah, well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I dug Star Wars so much that I'm vying for a multi-movie-athon. Or something. And she hates it. She does give props to Hayden for "actually acting" in this movie and "beefing up" so as not to look so pretty-boy-ish. Hmph. I have to agree that the so-called 'romantic' scenes of Episode II are cringe-inducing, but Episode III, I firmly believe, blew everything and everyone away. It was awesome!
I disagree with her on the so-called inconsistencies of the Jedi universe. Then again, she has her opinions and I have mine. Still, I do miss my (our; me and a friend) plans of starting our own reviewer site. We even have our own name! "Poptarts" which I think is just great.
Anyway, I'm off to listen to the Star Wars Episode III and reminisce and recall the magic of the very last (waaaaaaaahhhh) Star Wars flick to ever be released. George Lucas, after a not-so-promising Episode I and II redeems himself in the third. Anyway, I can go on and on and on (and on and on and... y'know, what? Let's just say that the 'and ons' are infinite) but I already did in my post after I watched it for the first (2) times. So, there. I'll shut up.
May the Force be with us. Always.
