I'm beginning to have an active dislike for pharmacology. It's just that I get confused with all the drug names and stuff and what they do. And the exam questions are killers.

Our original pathology prof didn't show up today so another prof lectured and so I had to go back to the dorm to get my transcripts and handout otherwise, my mind would wander during her lecture. She ended up at 9 and so we had free time until 130. She ended her lecture with, "Ok, so... it's not yet 10. Do you know that SM Dasma opens at 10? You'll have time to go there. Diba 130 pa class nyo?" everyone laughed. Six of us, though, decided to take her to heart. And 3 of us, took her advice to "go watch a movie. Aabot naman, diba?" LOL

Yknow, I was about to write the real names of the people I was with, but then I remembered that for some reason, I wanna make up code names for them. Ginagaya ko pinsan ko LOL Sooo.... 'Hikari' and, uh, 'Hime' (Japanese for 'Princess') and I went off to SM Dasma to watch Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, which I have been looking forward to ever since I saw the trailer. And especially after I've read the book. While there, we saw... uh... Lu, Jule, and JC2 *looks weirdly at the names I've 'made up'* er... right. So, anyway, Hime and I were totally into it and we really wanted to watch. Hikari was all "whatever" so she got dragged into it. But she really enjoyed the movie. We all did. It was just our kind of humor, y'know? And Johnny Depp's lines? Pure classic! Every role he picks is just so perfect for him, for his kind of acting. He likes roles that are different and I like that about him. He's very talented.

And I especially adore the Oompa Loompas. I loved how they were brought to life on screen. And the songs? Man! I want to get the soundtrack! I mean, I never imagined they'd actually make the songs sound so cool. That was one of the things that I was curious about, after reading the book. How will they write the songs. And I wasn't disappointed.

The only part I didn't really like... the part of Christopher Lee. I mean, I adore the man as an actor, but I wish they didn't add those parts to the movie. His character was added to 'give Willy Wonka' some depth or family thing and I kind of wish they hadn't. It was perfect even if they had only stuck to the book. And I really kind of wish I did.
