Love IMDB

I love http://imdb.com. Y'all if you want to find out anything about movies and actors/actresses, check that sight out.

I decided to check the factoids of the LOTR trilogy and guess what? I read that there's a hidden special in the special 4-disc extended dvd versions. Of course, I checked it out at once. To see it, you go to the "Select A Scene" and go to the last chapter, then press down. A little gold ring icon will show up, click on that and you get a special. Ditto on the second disc of the movie (Inz, do you know this?)

FOTR:
1. Jack Black and Sarah Michelle Gellar's spoof of FOTR from MTV movie awards. It's typical Jack Black humor so I can't say I was amused.
2. Didn't show up. It's supposed to show the theatrical trailer of TTT that was shown at the end of the theatrical movie screening of FOTR. I think I'll pop in the DVD tomorrow and see if I can watch the trailer after the end credits roll. Hey, you never know.

TTT:
1. Funny. Andy Serkis' acceptance speech after winning MTV's Best Virtual Performance Award. Cracked me up coz Gollum does a speech too.
2. I forgot what was supposed to be shown here, but I wasn't able to see it.

ROTK:
1. I'm not sure which one is which, but one of these is also from the MTV movie awards, Ben Stiller and some other guy pitch ideas to Peter Jackson about doing a fourth LOTR movie. Kinda funny.
2. Now, this one totally cracked me up. Elijah Wood (Frodo) gets interviewed by a German reporter. He's in one of those via-satellite TV-interviewing thing 'xept that there was no monitor on Elijah's side. Basically, he couldn't see who was interviewing him. Which Dom Monaghan (Merry) uses to his advantage. He fakes a German accent and tricks Lij into believing it's a serious interview. Lij cracks up with about 3 of Dom's questions (one about Frodo and Sam being obviously gay and if Lij thinks his big, blue eyes has anything to do with his popularity and something else, I forgot). At the end, Dom's all, "Oh, by the way, I'm really Dominic Monaghan" and Lij just looses it. He's cracking up going, "Oh my God! I knew it! This is brillant! You were f***ng great!" and all that.

Kudos to my lovely cousin. She graduated with honors from her MPA (Masters of Public Administration... I think). Beauty and brains do run in our family. She's also doing fantastic work and fulfilling her lifelong dream of working for the government. As she said in her acceptance speech (a 12-minute long speech), very few people actually get to do what they love doing. So lucky she's one of those lucky few. You do us proud, cuz. Mwah!
