Wow. A few days of nothing to write and then I feel like I have so much to write.

First of all, I watched Shark Tale yesterday and man, was it funny! Then again, it could be my immature childish humor showing. Hehehe according to Lota (and my dad), there were parts that were funny, but it was my laughter that was loud. Talo ko pa daw yung mga bata Blushy Girl at ang lakas daw talaga. Hee! I didn't think I was THAT loud, but whatever... it was all fun. The story itself wasn't too fantastic - it holds nothing to the Shrek movies. Oscar looks loads like Will Smith! Lol His character, tho, made me nostalgic for his old series, Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air. Does anybody have vcd copies of that show? That was damn funny.

Next... am so excited for surfing! I'll be going surfing at the end of the month!! Whoohoo!! Surfer Song playing in my head? "Let's go surfing now, everybody learning how, come on and safari with me! Juniors surfing, surfing safari now..." So sue me, it was one of our junior high school cheering songs so I don't know what the original word was that we substituted with "juniors".

And oooh, my dad's listening to Discovery channel and they were talking about pyramids, from Egypt to Nubia (so that place does exist; I heard of it in Aida, the broadway plane) when the host started talking about Aztecs. They did human sacrifices in their temple pyramids. There was a short stand in the middle, where priests would lay down a slave or offering or whatever you wanna call it, with each of them holding the offering's arms and legs, and then the still-beating heart would be ripped out. So that's where David Eddings got his Torak sacrifices/worship.

Also, I've been craving Dan Brown lately, so I'm re-reading his books, starting with "Angels & Demons" and I came across the word "shaitan" again. Mercedez Lackey uses "sha'itan" (?) in her novels. I can't remember if it's a place, a people, a noun that became a curse word, or a god/dess. Any which way, it's cool how authors can use information and merge it into a cohesive world they call their story/ies.

Writing I wish I could be as good as they are, with my muse shelling out story after another.
